This workshop will introduce you to a new crop of perennial vegetables that you MUST have in your garden. These plants are hardy, pest-free and return early year after year.

Most vegetable growers are already enjoying asparagus, rhubarb, chives and other herbs. But have you heard of Turkish Rocket? Egyptian Onions? Good King Henry?

Well, you are in for a treat. Join us as Master Gardener Gwynne Basen will show you how to grow and harvest these terrific plants and Permaculture Chef Jeremiah Bullied will teach you how to conserve and cook them. And we will conclude with a delicious tasting of his creations.
